Applies to the enquiry forms on ttmassivem.eu

This page explains exactly what happens to your details when you fill in a form on this site - what we collect, why, who sees it, how long we keep it, and how to have it removed.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry form, we receive what you typed into it:

Two technical details are recorded alongside it: your browser's user-agent string, and a one-way salted hash of your IP address. The hash exists only to stop the form being flooded with automated submissions; we never store your actual IP address, the hash cannot be turned back into one, and it is erased automatically within 24 hours.

This site sets no cookies and runs no tracking scripts unless you tell us we can. The only request a page makes on its own is for its typefaces.

Cookies and advertising

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. If you accept when the banner asks, we load the Meta Pixel (a small script from Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd). It tells Meta that a browser visited this site, so we can measure whether our ads actually work and show them to similar people. It sets cookies in your browser and shares your IP address and page activity with Meta.

Nothing loads until you accept. If you decline, or if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, no Meta script is ever requested and no advertising cookie is set. Declining costs you nothing on this site — every page works the same either way.

Your choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage. To change it, clear this site’s data in your browser settings and the banner will ask again. If you arrive here from one of our Facebook lead forms, the form itself is hosted by Meta and governed by Meta’s privacy policy; we receive the answers you submitted and handle them exactly as described above.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

To reply to you
We contact you about the enquiry you sent us, by email, phone or WhatsApp. Our basis is legitimate interest, and taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
Marketing
We only add you to anything ongoing if you tick the opt-in box. Our basis is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Keeping the form working
The IP hash is used to rate-limit submissions. Our basis is legitimate interest in protecting the service.

Not ticking the marketing box costs you nothing. We will still reply to your enquiry in full. The two are entirely separate, and we do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for their own marketing.

Who else handles it

Your enquiry is stored in our database and is visible only to authorised members of our team. Three service providers process it on our behalf:

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry while we are in contact with you about it, and for up to 24 months after our last contact, so we have a record of what was discussed. After that it is deleted. The IP hash is cleared within 24 hours regardless. If you ask us to delete your details sooner, we will.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to:

Email hello@ttmassivem.eu and we will action it. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority - in Ireland that is the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.

Changes to this notice

If we change how the forms on this site work, we update this page at the same time.
